Role Overview
You will help lead Kirgo’s content engine: developing creative concepts, producing scalable content, and executing multi-platform pipelines from our LA warehouse. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager to deliver a steady stream of short-form, live, and evergreen content that powers Kirgo’s social channels and drives community, engagement, and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities

Create creative briefs and visual direction for organic posts, reels, stories, and paid assets tied to campaigns.

Design and roadmap content series (warehouse shows, live segments, short-form narratives).

Oversee technical setup (lighting, audio, camera capture) in the warehouse.

Facilitate creator/streamer sessions with predefined deliverables.

Direct or supervise shoots

Work with Social Media Manager to ensure content fits pipelines.

Support talent team by ensuring assets from partner content is fully leveraged.

Develop short-form content concepts and social-first storytelling hooks for Instagram, X, TikTok, and Kick recaps.

Work with the Social Media Manager to adapt content formats for each platform’s best practices and audience behavior.

Coordinate weekly content planning meetings to align warehouse shoots with social calendars.

Track content performance and use insights to refine future shoots and creative direction.
Skills & Experience

3+ years in content/creative production or studio roles.

Proven experience working with creators/influencers

Strong storytelling instincts for short & long form content.

Hands-on experience with production setup: lighting, audio, multi-cam capture.

Comfortable in fast-turn environments

Knowledge of social platforms, content formats, and creative best practices.

Strong understanding of trends, formats, and best practices for Instagram Reels, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.

Demonstrated ability to transform raw footage into social-optimized content.
Desirable

Streaming/live show setup experience.

Motion graphics skill or ability to brief designers.

Previous exposure to content creators, iGaming, gaming, crypto, or entertainment content.

Experience building content pipelines in warehouse or studio setups.
